Eric (College and post-college roomate) got bored on Memorial Day and got into a discussion on the conferences of college football. We started rating teams by prowess and designed some conferences that we figured would have a better competitive balance. Of course we didn't really use geography as a guideline.
We are going to make some more moves but this is the basic structure we came up with.
